Associated Software Consultants Hires Thomas Osborne as Customer Support Manager |

In this position, Osborne manages the entire customer support operation for ASC’s loan origination product offerings, including PowerLender, a Java-based loan origination system (LOS), and PowerDocs, an electronic document delivery system. Osborne will also supervise a staff of five customer support representatives and three members of the Quality Assurance team, which is responsible for maintaining ASC’s quality control procedures. Osborne brings extensive knowledge and experience in the loan origination software industry to ASC through his previous employment at Key Bank, Cleveland, Ohio, where he ran the bank’s LOS system, ASC’s UNI-FORM LOS system. “Tom's experience as a former customer of ASC gives him a unique perspective and understanding of our customers’ needs,” said Tim Liston, president of ASC. “His skills and experience further enhance our ability to provide flexible LOS services that increase our customer’s profitability and competitiveness.” About Associated
